Compliance Officer

1. Lead preparation of periodic compliance reports/reviews and filing of regulatory filings and reporting to satisfy regulator and firm management requirements.
2. Manage license applications/renewals for submission to regulatory bodies.
3. Responsible for compliance projects assigned by the management from time to time; engage with senior and external stakeholders including auditors.
4. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
5. 1-3 years of relevant experience or compliance consultant.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Self-motivated and responsible.
7. Fluency in both spoken and written English required.

Legal Consultant

1. Provide sound solutions on commercial matters.
2. Draft review or negotiate agreements, contracts and any other documents.
3. Strong client focus and be able to develop rapport and solid collaboration strategies with management.
4. Attend to ad-hoc projects and other duties as may be assigned.
5. A Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
6. Able to work with minimum supervision, multi-tasking and manage datelines.
7. Good analytical skills, meticulous, good business acumen and resourceful.
8. In house experience AND/OR Corporate secretarial experience would be advantageous.

Customer Service Executive

1. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
2. 1-3 years of relevant experience.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Self-motivated and responsible.
4. Fluency in both spoken and written English required.
